Spring Ceremonial now at Camp Freedom
The Pre-ceremonial Service Day on May 1 and the Spring Ceremonial Weekend May 21-23 will now be at Heritage's Camp Freedom, not Camp Independence.
For the Pre-ceremonial Service Day, meet at the Health Lodge across from Keystone. We'll be setting up tents at the sites in Freedom closest to the trading post.
For the Spring Ceremonial, register at the Camp Freedom dining hall.
Please spread the word to others, especially Ordeal candidates in your troops and chapters.
Pre-ceremonial Service Day – May 1, 2010
Help get Heritage ready to host the Service/Ordeal Weekend by joining us on
May 1 for a day of service. Our primary task will be to set up tents at
Camp Independence Freedom so we can use them later in the month. Come out for a
day of fellowship and cheerful service to help the Lodge. Remember, the
more Lodge members who help, the quicker and lighter the workload for all.
Notes:
- Registration fee is $5 (includes lunch and accident insurance) – we encourage you to register in advance, but you can also pay when you arrive. Download registration form
- Meet at
Brotherhood LodgeHealth Lodge across from Keystone at 8:30 a.m. - All workers will qualify for a $4 rebate at the Spring Ceremonial Weekend (payable at ceremonial check-in)
Conclave 2010 – June 11-13, 2010
The Section NE-4B Conclave, a gathering of the five lodges in our section, will be hosted by Monaken Lodge and held at Seven Mountains Scout Camp, outside of State College, PA. Register now for a fun-filled weekend of training, competitions and fellowship.
Early registration extended: The early registration deadline has been extended until June 1. Send in your registrations now - we're still short of our goal of 57 members attending Conclave.
Attendance Challenge: If the lodge has 57 youth attend Conclave, Enda Traders adviser Jim Hall will shave his head!
Cub Scouts: Following last year's successful cub scout activities at the conclave our lodge hosted, there will again be cub scout events at Conclave 2010. More information and a registration form are available.
